After years of trying to understand our tankless hot water heater and many calls to the installer (with no follow up) and local plumbers who didn't want to touch our heater, we decided to give MDi a call. We were given an appointment within two weeks and were pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived. He worked on the water heater and made some adjustments and also explained how this system worked. The adjustments he made fixed the problem of our shower temperature going from well-water cold to scalding hot. Our shower water now stays at a consistent temperature. We are very thankful to our technician and MDi for their prompt, reliable and reasonable costing service to fix our problem. Thanks!!

After total frustrations with other plumbers, electricans, etc. decided to switch to MDi. Theres nothing better than getting an actual person on the phone, Suzanna is great to speak too. You can tell she genuinely cares about the situation you may be in, and theres no "well will get to ya when we can" ..talk. She gets someone dispatched out to you as soon as she can. Her efforts do not go unnoticed by me. I had a hot water heater fail recently and Suzanna got a crew to me as fast as she could. Our technician was awesome guy along with his coworker but yeah, they were great, very professional and went over everything with me on what they were doing as they installed it and gave tips on how to care for my new hot water heater. Just great guys. I really appreciate everyone at MDi. From plumbing, electrical, furnace cleaning every MDi employee that came to our apartments have been awesome. Big thanks to everyone there.
